The iPad Web Design & Development Toolbox
“A few months ago, we published a set of resources for iPhone developers, covering a huge range of different types of resource. From podcasts and conferences to design kits and frameworks.

“Today we’re doing something similar, but specifically with designing websites for the iPad in mind. It won’t be quite as extensive (let’s face it, the iPad is still fairly new!), but should offer a brilliant set of resources for developing a browser-based site or application for Apple’s latest gadget.”

iPad Launch Demand Higher than iPhone
“Despite being met with general skepticism, disappointment, and outright ridicule, the iPad is doing pretty well as far as consumer interest goes.
“According to Digital Daily, a survey conducted by Changewave Research found that of the 3,200 participants polled, 13 percent were ‘somewhat’ or ‘very likely’ to purchase an iPad. Compare that with a similar poll conducted back in April of 2007, just before the iPhone’s launch, where only 9 percent of participants said they were likely to purchase an iPhone.”
