Our free file of the month for August is Insta Gallery - Lightweight gallery solution by RyanDavies.
“Insta Gallery is a simple to use automatic gallery script. It uses a recursive function to list all directories within a target location. So if you have nested folders with images in them, this script will find them and display each folder as an individual gallery.”

Top 15 Online Tools for Drawing and Sketching
“If you find yourself bored at work and have the artistic streak in you, you should probably busy yourself with working on a drawing project you can later show off to your friends. Instead of going the traditional way and sticking to pencil and paper, you should explore the arena of computer aided drawing. Chances are you do not have software installation privileges on the work computer you use therefore online tools would be the best way to go.”

Better UI Design: Proper Use of Tables
“Tables have been part of HTML almost since HTML began. As the internet progressed and as people started doing more things online, designers started using tables to create multi-column website layouts. This was never the intention of those who created HTML standards, but it quickly caught on and table-based layouts became the norm online.”
